Offer available only to new Start.ca customers who are eligible to activate service on a new (a) internet Home Cable 100 plan, in Rogers Network areas; or (b) internet Home Cable 60 plan, in Cogeco Network areas or (c) Start.ca Home Fibre 100 internet. For (a) internet Home Cable 100 plans, a $15/mo discount applies for the first 12 months of service. Regular price, currently $60/mo, applies at month 13. For (b) internet Home Cable 60 plans, a $20/mo discount applies for the first 12 months of service. Regular price, currently $65/mo, applies at month 13. For (c) internet Home Fibre 100 plans, a $15/mo discount applies for the first 12 months of service.  Regular pricing subject to change without notice. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of supply) therefore the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax. For example, $10 discretionary credit towards Internet service offered in ON includes $1.15 HST, meaning the credit value displayed will be $8.85. 

The customer will receive a router at no additional cost. The $25 activation fee will be waived.

The customer will have the option to receive a modem rental at no additional cost for the first 12 months of service. If this option is selected, at month 13, regular pricing, currently $7/mo, applies and is subject to change without notice. The customer may also either (a) utilize its own modem, which must adhere to Start.ca standards, currently available [https://www.start.ca/services/modems]; or (b) purchase a modem from Start.ca. 

Start.ca Internet has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, you may cancel for a refund of service cost to date within 30 days of signing up for the service. 

Upon cancellation, deactivation or suspension of service, all equipment (router and modem) must be returned to Start.ca, 1-700 York Street, London, ON N5W 2S8, Canada, 1-866-434-5888, immediately and in good working condition with complete parts and accessories. Failure to do so within 14 business days of service cancellation will result in a charge for the full replacement cost to the account. A return label will be provided by Start.ca to return the equipment. Minimum system and infrastructure requirements apply. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by the Start.ca representative. Maximum speeds require optimal network conditions on a wired connection. Internet access speeds may vary depending on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable network management or server configurations. Concurrent data streams, including combinations of upload and downloads, may be required to access maximum speeds. Maximum speeds may not be achievable using a single device.
