Lake Huron is
actually bordered by three waterfall regions. The Lake Huron
Waterfall Region however, refers to the land around the southern portion
of the lake, centered on the Owen Sound area. This is one of the
smallest regions in terms of waterfall numbers, although many of the falls
are among the nicest in the province. The region covers the following counties:
Bruce, Grey, Huron, Lambton and Middlesex (Manitoulin
District can be found in the Northeast Region, since it is more easily
accessed from the north).
