Drive south from North Bay on Hwy 11 to Sundridge. Continue south for about 12 km to North Horn Lake Rd and turn right (west). Follow this road for about 400 m to the road bridge over the river. NOTE: I'm not 100% sure that North Horn Lake Rd is the one you want. You want the road going west opposite South Lake Bernard Rd, which goes east. I believe that there is a sign on Hwy 11 pointing to the tiny settlement of Stirling Falls.

 Description

This is a small cascade, entirely on private property. The falls is easily visible from the road bridge, although the view is mediocre as the falls faces away from the road. The waterfall is a cascade about 2 to 3 m in height, and is located immediately downstream (south) of the road bridge.

I really wouldn't recommend that anyone visit this site unless they are really interseted in local geography/history. You can't get a decent photo of the falls without trespassing, and there are no trails or places to explore. Having said this, the little falls is located only about a 1 minute drive west of Hwy 11.

Of coincidental note, there is a very high, ribbon-like waterfall in New Zealand called Stirling Falls.
