Haliburton |
Drive north on Hwy 35, past Lindsey. Go past Elliott Falls (see directions) to the small village of Moore Falls. A few hundred metres past Haliburton Rd 2 there is a small gravel parking area on the right side of the road, just past the river. Again, there is no waterfall here. |

| Description | |||||||
|
Moore Falls is now simply a very small, low dam at the end of Black Lake. At one time, there was a small waterfall located here, but I don't have any more information about the site. There is no waterfall here now, so don't bother visiting. Do bother driving through the area though, as the lakes and woods are still pretty. You may pass by this area on your way to other waterfalls like Elliott Falls. |
