Exit the QEW at Niagara Rd 26 (Jordan Rd), and go south. Follow Jordan Rd to its end at Niagara Rd 81, and turn left. Turn right at the next road, which is 17th St. Drive along this road for a little under one kilometer, and watch for a tiny sandy parking area on the left side of the road, before the top of the hill. On the right (west) side of the road the land slopes down towards the river. You should be able to scramble down the weedy slope into the woods below, and then slowly make your way upstream by about 100 m to the falls.

 Description

Like East Eighteen Mile Creek Falls, found on the other side of the road, this waterfall is difficult to reach, and not very rewarding. However, I've yet to see this site soon after a major storm or snowmelt, and imagine that this little falls might provide a few pleasant surprises at just the right time of the water year. The waterfall is located about 100 metres upstream of the parking spot on the road. The small gorge is littered with boulders and fallen logs, and can be relatively difficult to navigate.

The height of the waterfall in the photo is about 3 meters. Note the house situated immediately above the waterfall. The river, waterfall and surrounding land MAY actually be on private property, but I'm pretty sure that the falls itself is on public lands. In any case, please treat the land with respect, and don't trespass on private property!
