 Description

Just a little cascade on Eels Creek, this little waterfall is worth a glance from the highway. Unfortunately, it's located on private property, and you can't get too close. The cascade is about 7 to 8 m wide and perhaps 2 m high. The little stone wall and gazebo add nicely to the scene, but at best, this makes for a nice photograph. Please do not trespass.

Of interest to some… take a look at the highway bridge over the river. This entire bridge is held up by wood piles. These are 10 to 12 inch round logs positioned in narrow rows under the bridge. Maybe it's just me, but it must be rare to see a modern highway traverse a wooden (at least on the underside) bridge.
