 Description

This waterfall is hidden in the woods, but still just a 15-20 minute hike from the road. It is a narrow, steep cascade about 8 m high. Simple, yet pretty, and usually deserted. The nearby fish hatchery was actually closed in 1991. A good trail leads from the road to the falls, and includes several interpretive signs about the surrounding forest, fields and river.

This waterfall is covered in more detail in the print version of "Waterfalls of Ontario."
