Drive south from North Bay on Hwy 11 and turn right (west) on Hwy 124 at Sundridge. (About 50 km north of Huntsville). Drive west about 25 km to Secondary Hwy 510 which goes south to Magnetawan. Continue west on Hwy 124 for another 7 km to Knoefli Falls (see entry) and continue west for another 1.5 km to Robinson Dr. Turn left here and drive a few hundred meters to the falls. Please observe any private property signs (although I didn't see any).

This little cascade is nothing special, and is mediocre visiting at best. The small cascade is located immediately downstream of a little water level dam at the northern tip of Old Mill Bay on Ahmic Lake. The site is open (no trees) and surrounded by some polished rock ridges, which may have been river bed prior to the construction of the dam.

The falls is about 3 or 4 m high, falling over a length of 10-15 m. It is neither overly photogenic or interesting to explore. Located on a short road to a small lodge or family resort, I don't know whether the falls are actually located on private property. I would doubt it, since the dam is probably government owned. Nevertheless, you can easily view the falls from the road. While pleasant, your view will probably last less than 1 minute.

The small branch of the Magnetawan River flows north for about 1.5 km before joining the main branch, just upstream of Poverty Bay Chute. (By the way, the topographic map shows a rapids/falls at this confluence, but I have not seen it).
