Exit the QEW at Fruitland Rd and go south to Barton St. Turn right on Barton St and then left on Dewitt Rd. Follow Dewitt Rd to the end at the top of the Niagara Escarpment, and find a place to park. The falls are located just west (right side, going uphill) of Dewitt Rd, north of Ridge Rd. As always, if you descend over the rocks to get to the waterfall, be careful!

 Description

This tiny little waterfall is located immediately south of the urbanized area of Stoney Creek. It is a very steep cascade/ramp, perhaps 3 m in height. The creek feeding the falls is tiny too, and thus, the falls is dry for much of the year. The creek appears out of a culvert beneath Ridge Rd, drains over the waterfall and then under the railway tracks. The upper portion of the falls has been landscaped with large square stone blocks.

This is really nothing special, and the difficulty descending to the base of the falls for a photograph would only be worth the effort after a major rain storm during wet periods of the year. You can also view the waterfall from the road, but really, don't go to far out of your way for this one!

The waterfall is located directly across the street from the Erland Lee Museum, which was the site of the first Women's Institute.
