Drive north on Hwy 35 from Lindsey and continue north past Fenelon Falls almost all the way to Minden. A few kilometers south of Minden, make a right turn (east) on to Haliburton Rd 121. Follow this road east and south to Haliburton Rd 1. Follow this road for about 10 km to Gelert. Turn right on Station St and park where the road meets the Haliburton Rail Trail. Walk along the trail to the left (as you are driving in) to the bridge over the Drag River. You will need to make your way downstream 300-400 meters to the falls. I am told that there is a foot path on the right bank (looking downstream). There may be some private property on the left bank (?). |

| Description | |||||||
|
This is a little "bump" of a waterfall - by no means spectacular, and not overly photogenic. But the setting is beautiful, and since it is almost always deserted, it should offer you a quiet place to get away from civilization for a short period. The waterfall consists of a few short steps on the Drag River, each no more than 1 m in height. |
