Fish Creek - Infrared

Taken October 1996, Mamyiya C330, 55mm lens. I use a B&W infrared filter, which totally blocks out all visibile light. Konica IR750. 5 minute exposure at F22, taken at 2 pm local time, under thick cloudy skies.
Unfortunately even a flatbed scanner cannot do justice tot he true image as seen in person. You loose a lot of the "moody atmosphere" when scanned in. This print was done in Ilford Multigrade IV. I use Kodak, AGFA and Ilford paper, and i tend to perfer the Ilford overall. The AGFA MC paper is nice, but it can be a little contrasty - or as one person put it "snappy". Good paper for astro-photos though.
